Greetings from the ICEPAS

Welcome to the official website of the International Conference on Education, Psychology and Society (ICEPAS)! The Conference is scheduled to be held during 26-28 July 2013 in Bangkok, Thailand. ICEPAS aims to provide a platform for academics, researchers, experts and higher education students to exchange their ideas, experience and research results in the fields of Education, Psychology and Society, and to discuss the future developments and possible challenges faced.

Participation Procedure

The whole participation procudure will take to about 7 steps, please see the following instructions:

Step 1. Grow interest

  Glance over our website and find out your topic of interest, which may range from elemantary and high education, language education and general psychology to political and civil sociology. For more information about our research discipline, you can go to "Call for Papers". 

Step 2. Register as a member

  Potential members should complete the registration process before 25 May, 2013.
 
Step 3. Submit your final paper or abstract

  Authors are responsible for ensuring that your paper/abstract meet the submission requirements and is submitted before 10 April, 2013. For details about our submission instruction, please refer to "Template".

Step 4. Receive the acceptance or rejection letter

  The acceptance letter will be issued on 5 May, 2013.

Step 5. Pay for registration fee in the case of acceptance

  You can either pay through Paypal or your local bank.
  So long as your payment is successful, we will sent you the invitation letter for VISA or other administrative purposes.

Step 6. Participate in the conference

  There are two forms of presentation, oral and poster.
  The length of the oral presentation is approximately 10-15 minutes.
  As for the poster presentation, presenters would have to prepare for themselves the materials needed and comply with the standard format. The ICEPAS Secretaricat also will provide the following items:

Parallel Sessions
Parallel Sessions will run on July 27th and 28th. Sessions are usually 90 minutes in length, and normally include six or seven presenters.

Presentations and Equipment
All meeting rooms are equipped with a screen, an LCD projector, and a laptop computer installed with PowerPoint software.  You will be able to insert your USB flash drive into the computer.  We recommend that you bring two copies of your presentation in case if one fails.  You may also link your own laptop computer to the projector cable, however if you use your own Mac please ensure you have the requisite connector.

A Polite Request to All Participants
Participants are obliged to arrive on time for all sessions, whether to their own, or to those of other presenters.  Presenters should pay special attention to the time slots that are subject to be divided equally among all oral presentations in one session to ensure that each presenter has equal right to presentation.  The session chair is responsible for taking care of the fair division of presentation time.

Poster Sessions & Poster Requirements

Materials Provided by the Conference Organizer:
• X Racks & Base Fabric Canvases (60cm×160cm)
• Adhesive Tapes or Clamps

Materials Prepared by the Presenters:
• Home-made Poster(s)

Requirement for the Posters:
• Material: not limited, can be posted on the canvases
• Size: smaller than 60cm*160cm
